Our Product Development Process:

Initial Consultation – we will listen to your product idea and expectations and discuss any other pertinent factors about your product, such as:

• Materials and finish
• Manufacturing process
• Production volume and batch sizes

Our engineers will suggest the best method of manufacture, ways to improve, enhance or refine the product and how to save cost. When all of these factors have been considered, we can prepare a competitive quotation for you.

Design

Once you have reviewed the designs we can make any changes you may require.

Prototype & Testing

This stage is where we produce a prototype of your product to demonstrate its appearance, dimensions and features.

It is made in the same (or very similar) material as the finished item and can be used as a model to show to your colleagues, potential customers or to be tested on your target market.

Upon this you will be able to make design alterations based on the results of feedback and testing.

Tooling & Production

Once prototypes are approved, production of the final item can begin. We have the capability to provide new tooling where required. Whether batch quantities are large or small, we can set up production to suit your needs.
