All projects are made to order as they are manufactured bespoke to your requirements. We aim to complete your project in 4-8 weeks. This can depend on the scale of your project so we would be able to be more accurate at the point of order.

We politely ask for a deposit of 50% to secure your place in production. The remaining balance is not required until your project has been delivered or installed.
We accept bank transfer, credit and debit card payments over the phone. You are also welcome to make payment in person at our office. We can also accept cash payments. A receipt will be provided by email.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, provided we have not started production, we will issue you with a full refund. If you wish to cancel after production has started, we will be unable to refund for your deposit.
We provide convenient site surveys to your property that are free of charge and no obligation.

Absolutely – your quotation will include a full product specification.
Yes, all our gate ranges can be automated. We would confirm this is plausible following a site survey. We work closely with a reputable and reliable fully qualified electrician for the installation of electrically operated gates.
Absolutely. We offer a refurbishment and restoration service to help keep your gates looking and working like new.
You may need to check with your local authority as the rules can vary between different areas. Generally, if the gate or railing is not above 1.8m, permission is not required.
