Since 1987 we have been producing tubular steel seating frames for a company
that specialises in meeting the needs of the infirm and physically handicapped.
In this field it is imperative that quality of construction and smooth operation
are insured.
| The chair frames pictured right
are a particularly successful range, and are being produced in increasing
numbers, currently running at 20-25 week. They are made in 3 main types sizes to suit varying age ranges, shapes and sizes. It is still sometimes necessary to produce a unique variation to suit an individuals special needs. A service we are flexible and experienced enough to provide. Running concurrently are 8 other types of seating systems which are produced in similar numbers. |

All these frames are constructed in mild steel ERW tubing, processed on site, sent for powder coating and returned for final assembly. They are then packed and transported to our customer where they are upholstered and distributed throughout the UK, Europe and increasingly the USA.
We feel the chair/seating production side of our business aptly demonstrates our flexibility of production. We are able to manufacture complex designs, incorporating many moving parts and differing designs, across a wide range of seats in varying quantities on a month to month basis, depending on our customers requirements.
